| How long does it take to make my cue ? |
This really depends on the number of woods we use in making the cue, but the average time from order confirmation to completion is 6 to 8 weeks. |
| Is a deposit required when ordering a custom made cue? |
Yes. We do ask for at least a 25% deposit when you order a custom made cue. |
| Can I try your cues before I buy ? |
We welcome visitors to our showroom where we have a table set up to try out a selection of cues before purchase. We can also arrange a demo in London for a small fee of £35.00. |
| Do you accept credit cards ? |
Our preferred method of payment is by old fashioned cash or cheque, but we do have Credit Card facilities for your convenience (charges apply). |
